Metropolitan train
Getting to and from Flemington Racecourse
Trains will operate from Flinders Street (Platform 10), stopping only at Southern Cross (Platform 14) and North Melbourne (Platform 6), on approach to Flemington Racecourse (Platform 1).
The first train is to depart Southern Cross at 11:15am, until the last departure at 1:55pm.
Please note there will a break in service between 2pm and 4:30pm.
Trains will recommence from Flemington at 4:35pm.
Trains will operate from Flemington Racecourse (Platform 1), stopping only at North Melbourne (Platform 5) and Southern Cross (Platform 13) on approach to Flinders Street (Platform 10).
The last train to depart from Flemington Racecourse at 7pm to Flinders Street.
Metropolitan tram
Getting to and from Flemington Racecourse
Extra Trams will operate via Route 57a between Stop 01 Flinders Street / Elizabeth Street and Stop 33 Melbourne Showgrounds/ Union Road via Flemington Road, for patrons wishing to make their way to and from the event.
Passengers may alight and board trams at Stop 30 Flemington Racecourse on Epsom Road.

Getting to and from Flemington Racecourse
The following bus route travels close to Flemington Racecourse:
- Route 472 (Williamstown to Moonee Ponds via Footscray) (please note service may finish prior to the end of the music festival)
Passengers can catch buses from Footscray Station and alight at Langs Road/Showgrounds.
Regional train
Getting to and from Flemington Racecourse
Passengers arriving at Southern Cross station are advised to change trains and catch a Flemington Racecourse service. Services will return then via Southern Cross Station.
