Scheduled myki maintenance Saturday 6 December 2025

We’re performing planned myki system upgrades on Saturday 6 November between 12:00am and 8:00am.

During the upgrade, you’ll be unable to access your myki account, top up online or top up instantly via the PTV app. 

During the upgrade, you can top up your myki card at:

• authorised retail outlets, including all 7-Elevens within the myki boundary
• staffed train stations
• myki machines at selected stations and stops.

Mobile myki can still be used during the upgrade; however, you won’t be able to add a new Mobile myki to your Google Wallet or top up an existing Mobile myki.
