Scheduled myki maintenance Saturday 8 November 2025

myki account access and online top ups through Transport Victoria website and PTV app will be unavailable while planned system maintenance take place on Saturday 8 November, 12am to 5.30am.

Mobile myki will continue to be available.

During the updates, you can also top up your myki card at:

• hundreds of shops including all 7-Elevens within the myki boundary
• staffed train stations
• myki machines at train stations and tram stops.

You’ll be able to access your myki account, use instant top up in the PTV app, and top up online once the updates are complete.
