Metropolitan train
Additional services for the following lines depart from Richmond Station after the match:
- Ringwood, Glen Waverley, Dandenong, Frankston, Sandringham, Newport, Craigieburn and Sunbury passengers.
Newport Craigieburn and Sunbury specials will depart 30 minutes after the game from Flinders Street. Passengers are advised to catch any train from Richmond or Jolimont to Flinders Street Station, then transfer.
Werribee passengers are to alight on Newport services from Richmond (Platform 3) or Flinders Street (Platform 9), then transfer at Newport for a bus.

- Trams will operate from Flinders Street / Elizabeth Street (Stop 4) and Stop 7C MCG/John Cain Arena.
