Mobile myki not displaying web content – Monday 3 March 2025
We are aware of an issue where some customers cannot see their Mobile myki in Google Pay and continue to investigate.
If you already have a Mobile myki in your Google Wallet, you are not affected. You can continue to top up and travel as normal.
- Registered customers can retrieve their myki PAN information by logging into their myki account at ptv.vic.gov.au/myki
- Unregistered customers must contact Google Wallet Support to retrieve their myki PAN before requesting a refund or making changes.
