Customers unable to purchase new Mobile myki – Monday 3 March 2025
We’re aware of an issue where some customers are unable to purchase a Mobile myki on the Google Wallet app.
Google is working to rectify this issue as soon as possible.
Customers with an existing Mobile myki are not affected and can continue to top up and travel as normal.
If you need to travel immediately, you can purchase a myki card from the following locations:
- at hundreds of shops including all 7-Elevens within the myki boundary
- using myki machines at selected stations and stops
- at premium station ticket offices
- at PTV Hubs
