The 2025 NRL Season kicks off in Melbourne as Storm takes on the Parramatta Eels and public transport is your best way to enjoy the action. We're running extra services to help you get home from AAMI Park on Sunday 9 March 2025.

Return trains from Richmond Station
- Glen Waverley leaving at 6:25pm from Platform 10
- Sandringham leaving at 6:17pm from Platform 2
Metropolitan tram
Catch a Route 70 tram between Flinders Street/Elizabeth Street (Stop 4) and Stop 7C MCG/John Cain Arena.
Metropolitan bus
Customers can catch a Route 246 bus close to AAMI Park.
The last bus may run before the event ends.
Regional train
Catch a Route 70 tram via Flinders Street or a metropolitan train running to and from Richmond Station to get to AAMI Park.
