Public transport for Green Day: Saturday 1 March 2025

There will be disruptions across the public transport and road network.  Check for public transport and road disruptions before you go!  Please allow extra time travelling to and from Marvel Stadium.

Bus replacements on Saturday 1 March 

Hurstbridge line (between Heidelberg and Eltham): Passengers returning from the event are advised to board a Heidelberg train at Southern Cross (Platform 9) and change at Heidelberg for a bus. 

Sandringham line, or Malvern, Armadale, Toorak, Hawksburn & South Yarra stations: Passengers are to board either a Clifton Hill / City Circle / Burnley Group train at Southern Cross station (Platforms 9 or 10) and change at Parliament for a bus. 

Frankston, Pakenham & Cranbourne line (From Caulfield and beyond): Passengers returning from the event are advised to board a Burnley Group train at Southern Cross (Platforms 10), then change at Burnley for an express bus to Caulfield.

Sunbury & Craigieburn line from Southern Cross on Saturday 1 March 

Passengers are advised to board at Southern Cross (Platform 14). Services run as normal.

Coach replacements on Saturday 1 March

Coaches replace trains between Southern Cross and Bendigo, Echuca and Swan Hill on the Bendigo line.
