Public transport for the Boxing Day 3rd Test match Australia v England: Sunday 26 to Thursday 30 December 2021

The biggest cricket rival is back to Melbourne, with Australia defending the Ashes! Public transport is your best way to enjoy it, as Australia face off against England. Extra services will help you get to and from the MCG from Sunday 26 December to Thursday 30 December 2021.

The event will begin at 10.30am.

There'll also be changes to the public transport timetable on the Boxing Day public holiday.

Before you travel

QR codes have been rolled out across the public transport network to help keep passengers safe. Please check-in every time you see a QR code and register your myki as well. The details you share are used to contact you when necessary, to prevent further spread of COVID-19 in the community

When travelling on public transport you must wear a fitted face mask covering your nose and mouth, unless you have a lawful reason for not doing so, and ensure you wear it for your entire journey.

Plan your journey using Journey Planner and check Disruptions for service changes that may affect your journey.
